Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking an In-Home Therapist (IHT) to deliver structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home, addressing behavioral needs of youths and families. The role offers full-time or fee-for-service hours and opportunities for supervision for Independent Licensure.

Candidates should have a Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related CBHI field, plus relevant child-family experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in clients' homes.
• Support youth behavioral goals and family engagement through home visits.
• Collaborate with supervisors for licensure and ongoing professional development.

Compensation

• Full-Time: salary $64,000 to $72,000
• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
• Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
