Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking an In-Home Therapist to deliver structured, strength‑based therapy in clients' homes, addressing youth behavioral needs.

Role supports both Full-Time and Fee-For-Service hours, with a summer schedule featuring 12:30pm Friday closures and a rich benefits package. Requires a Master’s degree and 1–2 years of home/community experience; bilingual options available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field.
• 1–2 years minimum experience with multicultural families.
• 1–2 years minimum experience with children, youth and families in a home or community setting.
• Experience with behavioral-emotional disorders or autism spectrum disorder.
• ABA training beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available.
• Laptop/CPS, high-speed internet, and phone required for FFS and full-time positions.

The In-Home Therapist will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field
• One to two years minimum experience working with multicultural families
• One to two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is highly beneficial and desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Compensation

• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
• Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000
• Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
