Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking In-Home Therapists to deliver structured, strength-based interventions in clients’ homes. The role supports youth facing behavioral needs and involves collaborating closely with families and care teams.

Full-time or flexible hours available; bilingual opportunities noted. Candidates must have a Master’s degree in a relevant field, valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field
• One to two years minimum experience with multicultural families
• One to two years minimum experience with children, youth and families in home or community setting
• Experience with behavioral-emotional disorders or autism spectrum disorder
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)
• Access to laptop, CPS, internet, and phone for FFS/Full-Time positions
• Access to high-speed internet required for Full-Time positions

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, strength-based in-home therapy for youth with behavioral needs
• Offer boundary-based treatment and family coaching in the client’s home
• Collaborate with families and schools to support behavior change

In-Home Therapist will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field
• One to two years minimum experience working with multicultural families
• One to two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is highly beneficial and desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Compensation

• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
• Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000
• Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
