Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking qualified clinicians to join our Massachusetts team as In-Home Therapists. This role offers bilingual opportunities and the option for Full Time or Fee-for-Service hours.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related CBHI program and at least 1 year of relevant experience. A valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time

• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home therapy to children, youth and families.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers and care teams to plan and implement services.
• Support licensure readiness through supervision and skill development.

In-Home Therapist (IHT)

Qualifications

• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

Compensation

• Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000
• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
• Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
