Northeast Family Services is seeking an In-Home Therapist to provide structured, strength-based interventions in clients' homes, focusing on youth behavioral needs across Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field.
• 1–2 years minimum experience with multicultural families.
• 1–2 years minimum experience with children/youth/families in home or community setting.
• Experience with behavioral-emotional disorders or ASD in children.
• ABA training is beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle access.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship).
• Access to laptop/secure internet and phone for FFS or full-time positions.

The In-Home Therapist will provide structured, consistent, strength‑based therapeutic interventions in a client's home for the purpose of treating a youth's behavioral needs.

Summer Fun Fridays at Northeast Family Services! We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field
• One to two years minimum experience working with multicultural families
• One to two years minimum experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting preferred
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral‑emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is highly beneficial and desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions; access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Compensation

• Full‑time Salary: $64,000 - $72,000; incentive rate $60 / hour over productivity
• Fee for Service Rate: $50 - $70 / hour
