Job summary

Northeast Family Services seeks an In-Home Therapist to deliver structured, strength-based therapy in clients’ homes, focusing on youth behavioral needs in Massachusetts. You’ll work with families and coordinate care to support mental wellness in the community.

Newly licensed clinicians are welcome as supervision for Independent Licensure will be provided, with opportunities to expand skills and professional growth within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in home or community settings.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorship not available.
• Access to a laptop/computer, high-speed internet, and a phone for FFS/Full Time positions.
• Access to high-speed internet required for Full Time positions.

In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.

Bilingual Opportunities! Full Time or FFS hours!

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Compensation:

• Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000
• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
• Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
