Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our Massachusetts team as In-Home Therapists (IHT). You will provide structured, strength-based interventions in a client’s home to address youth behavioral needs, while supporting families and collaborating on care plans.

We welcome newly licensed Master’s level clinicians and provide supervision for Independent Licensure. Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and summer schedule benefits are included as part of our ongoing

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related CBHI approved program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Sponsorship not available
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed internet required for Full Time positions

Compensation

• Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000
• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
• Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
