Job summary

Northeast Family Services is seeking Clinicians to join our growing team in Massachusetts! We are a dynamic agency with generous compensation and premier benefits, focused on enhancing the mental wellness of people within our community.

We value experience delivering competent mental health services to individuals and families facing life challenges. This role is ideal for a newly licensed Master’s level clinician, as supervision for Independent Licensure is provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable.
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred.
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions.
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions.

Compensation

• Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000
• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
• Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
