Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is hiring Clinicians to join our growing team. The In-Home Therapist will provide structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.

We offer bilingual opportunities, full-time or FFS hours, and new rates reflecting your value. Qualifications include a Master’s in counseling/psychology, experience with multicultural families, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field.
• One to two years minimum experience working with multicultural families.
• One to two years minimum experience with children, youth and families in home/community setting preferred.
• Experience with children with behavioral-emotional disorders or Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• ABA training is highly beneficial and desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home to treat youth behavioral needs.
• Engage with families in the home or community setting to support youth progress.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to coordinate care.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, special education or related field
• One to two years minimum experience working with multicultural families

• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Training in Applied Behavioral Analysis is highly beneficial and desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle

• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
