Northeast Family Services seeks an In-Home Therapist (IHT) to deliver structured, strength-based therapy in clients' homes in Massachusetts, focusing on youth behavioral needs. This role offers supervision for independent licensure and opportunities for bilingual placement.

Full-time positions with a comprehensive benefits package, a $64,000–$72,000 salary, and a minimum of one year of relevant experience are available; drivers with reliable vehicles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable
• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred
• Experience with working with children on the autism spectrum desirable
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions

Compensation:

• Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000
• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
• Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
