Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking an In-Home Therapist (IHT) to deliver structured, strength-based interventions in a youth’s home setting. You will support families and collaborate with our clinical team to address behavioral needs and promote positive outcomes.

Newly licensed clinicians are welcome; supervision for independent licensure is provided. We offer generous compensation, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or related CBHI approved degree program.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in a home or community setting highly desirable.
• Experience with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders preferred.
• Experience with children on the autism spectrum desirable.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, high speed secure internet, and a phone required for FFS positions.
• Access to high speed secure internet required for Full Time positions.

Compensation:

• Full-Time: Salary $64,000 to $72,000
• Fee-for-Service: $50 to $70 per hour
• Incentive Rate $60/hour over productivity
