Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Massachusetts is seeking Clinicians to join our growing team and help improve the mental wellness of youth and families through in-home therapy.

We offer a full-time opportunity with supervision for independent licensure, generous benefits, and flexible summer schedules such as early Friday closures, plus competitive rates for full-time and fee-for-service work.

Qualifications

Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, special education or CBHI approved degree program.
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth and families in home or community settings.
Experience with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders and autism spectrum desirable.
Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle.
Access to secured high speed internet required.

Responsibilities

Provide structured, strength-based therapy in a client’s home to treat youth behavioral needs.
Collaborate with families and coordinate supervision for licensure.
Support licensed clinicians and participate in ongoing professional development.

The In-Home Therapist (IHT) will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions in a client’s home for the purpose of treating a youth’s behavioral needs.
