Job summary

Sorenson Communications is seeking a part-time Install/Trainer to install CaptionCall phones in customers' homes and train users on features. The role offers flexible scheduling, work-life balance, and growth opportunities within a leading language services provider.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service.

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel to customers' homes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers' homes.
• Train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service to customers.
• Assist with lead generation activities as needed.
• Represent CaptionCall at events and support branch initiatives.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete required reports.
