Job summary

You will install and troubleshoot phones, train users on features, promote services, and maintain records while traveling to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Experience in the hearing health field is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to customer homes and work evenings/weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on phone use and features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service and generate referrals.
• Attend trade shows and corporate events as needed.
• Maintain customer records and complete reports.
