Job summary

Sorenson Communications is seeking an Installer/Trainer to visit customers in their homes, install CaptionCall phones, and provide personalized training to help individuals with hearing loss communicate with confidence.

This full-time role offers independent field work, mileage reimbursement, a company-provided tablet and phone, and opportunities for growth within CaptionCall. The position emphasizes professionalism, privacy, and positive community impact.

Responsibilities

Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers' homes.
Train customers on how to use their phone and key features with patience and professionalism.
Complete service calls and equipment exchanges as assigned.
Maintain accurate customer records and submit required documentation.
Retrieve, clean, and manage equipment inventory.
Assist with community outreach and lead generation activities as needed.
Represent CaptionCall at local events and community engagements.
Follow all company compliance, privacy and confidentiality requirements.
Maintain a high level of professionalism while working in customers' homes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
