Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer knowledge helpful.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Experience in the hearing health field and with senior citizens is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Train customers on how to use the phone and features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service to customers.
• Generate leads and referrals from interactions.
• Attend trade shows and corporate events as assigned.
• Recruit and refer potential candidates for local installations.
