Job summary

Sorenson Communications, LLC is seeking an Installer/Trainer to set up CaptionCall devices in customers' homes and train users on features. The role emphasizes independent work, a customer-centric approach, and flexibility to fit a home-based schedule.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Able to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must be able to drive and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service to customers.
• Assist Outreach Specialist with lead generation activities as needed.
• Complete service calls as assigned.
• Accurately maintain customer records and submit feedback.
• Maintain adequate inventory of equipment and supplies.
