Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home and community-based speech, language, communication, and swallowing services to adults with developmental disabilities in New Jersey.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, home-based therapy, documentation, and collaboration with families and coordinators to ensure continuity of care. NJ license and CCC-SLP required; CPR/BLS and background checks mandatory.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required; CFs considered with supervision.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy services in home and community settings.
• Document services per DDD standards with timely notes and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Support Coordinators, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide caregiver training and home programs to reinforce goals.
