Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home and community-based speech and swallowing services to adults with developmental disabilities across New Jersey. The SLP will evaluate, treat, and document expressive and receptive language, articulation, social communication, AAC needs, and dysphagia per NJ DDD guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey license as a Speech-Language Pathologist with NJ Board.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required; CFs considered with supervision.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred; CFs/news graduates considered.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Clean criminal background check and fingerprinting per NJ DDD requirements.
• Reliable transportation and valid NJ driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with ISP and goals.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy in home and community settings.
• Document services per DDD standards including session notes, progress notes, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with coordinators, families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide caregiver training and home programs to reinforce goals.
• Adhere to DDD policies, HIPAA standards, and required trainings.
• Maintain accurate billing records according to DDD rates and authorizations.
• Complete required DDD trainings.
