Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care in New Jersey seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home and community-based services to adults with developmental disabilities.

The SLP will evaluate and treat expressive and receptive language, articulation, social communication, AAC needs, and dysphagia, aligning with NJ DDD guidelines and person-centered planning. Flexible scheduling and supportive leadership are provided.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey licensure for Speech-Language Pathology.
• ASHA CCC-SLP required; CFs considered with supervision.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Clean background check and fingerprinting per NJ DDD.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop ISP-aligned treatment plans.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy in home and community settings.
• Document services per DDD standards, with timely notes and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Support Coordinators, families and the team.
• Provide caregiver training and home programs to reinforce goals.
• Adhere to DDD policies and confidentiality standards.
• Maintain billing records consistent with DDD rates and authorizations.
• Complete required DDD trainings.
