Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care is seeking a licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist to deliver in‑home and community‑based services to adults with developmental disabilities across New Jersey.

You will assess, diagnose, and treat expressive/receptive language, articulation, social communication, AAC needs, and dysphagia while following NJ DDD guidelines and person‑centered planning. Competitive hourly pay and flexible scheduling are offered.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey license as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.
• ASHA CCC‑SLP credential required; CFs with supervision considered.
• Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• CFs and new graduates may be considered.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• Clean background check and fingerprinting per NJ DDD.
• Reliable transportation and valid NJ driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with ISP goals.
• Deliver one‑on‑one therapy in homes and community settings.
• Document services per DDD standards with timely notes and outcome measures.
• Collaborate with Support Coordinators, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide caregiver training and home programs to reinforce goals between sessions.
• Adhere to DDD policies, Danielle's Law and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Maintain billing records in line with DDD rates and authorizations.
• Complete required DDD trainings and safety requirements.
