Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home and community-based therapy for adults with developmental disabilities across New Jersey. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, and swallowing, develop ISP-aligned goals, and document progress per DDD guidelines.

Flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay support a patient-centered, field-based practice.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (NJ Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Advisory Committee).
• ASHA CCC-SLP required; CFs considered with supervision.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with ISP and person-centered goals.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy in home and community settings.
• Document services per DDD standards; submit notes and outcomes within required timeframes.
• Collaborate with Support Coordinators, families, caregivers and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide caregiver training and home programs to reinforce goals between sessions.
• Adhere to DDD policies, HIPAA, and relevant laws.
