Job summary
Beyond Home Health Care in New Jersey seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home and community-based speech, language, communication, and swallowing services to adults with developmental disabilities. The SLP will evaluate and treat expressive/receptive language, articulation, social communication, AAC, and dysphagia per NJ DDD guidelines.

Qualifications
- Current New Jersey license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required; CFs considered with supervision.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- CFs and new graduates considered.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with ISP.
- Deliver one-on-one therapy in home and community settings.
- Document services per DDD standards within required timeframes.
- Collaborate with Support Coordinators, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Provide caregiver training and home programs to reinforce goals.
