Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care in New Jersey seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home and community-based services to adults with developmental disabilities. The SLP will evaluate and treat language, articulation, AAC needs, and dysphagia in accordance with NJ DDD guidelines.

This per diem/contract role offers flexible scheduling, travel to homes and community settings, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, caregivers, and supports coordinators.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey license as Speech-Language Pathologist (NJ ASLP)
• ASHA CCC-SLP required; CFs considered with supervision
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred; CFs/new grads considered
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Clean background check and fingerprinting per NJ DDD
• Reliable transportation, valid NJ driver's license, active auto insurance
• Ability to pass DDD background checks including CRoff

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with ISP and goals
• Deliver one-on-one therapy in homes and community settings
• Document services per DDD standards (session notes, progress notes, outcomes) on time
• Collaborate with Support Coordinators, families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team
• Provide caregiver training and home programs to reinforce goals between sessions
• Adhere to DDD policies including Danielle's Law, Stephen Komninos' Law, HIPAA
• Maintain billing records per DDD rates and authorizations
• Complete DDD-mandated trainings (Pre-Service, Abuse/Neglect/Exploitation)
