Job summary

PowerBack Rehabilitation seeks a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist for mobile outpatient therapy serving older adults in their homes, assisted living, and community settings in Westfield, MA. The role offers a full-time salaried position with a flexible schedule and the support of a national rehabilitation leader.

Qualifications

Must have a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of practice.
Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patient residences.

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient speech-language pathology services in-home for older adults.
Supervise CFYs, students and support personnel as per licensure requirements.
Maintain timely clinical and billing documentation and attend related meetings.
Collaborate with the rehabilitation team and physician to plan effective therapy.
Adapt plans of care and coordinate care in home and community settings.
