Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home outpatient therapy to older adults. You will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders in patients’ homes or in care facilities, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team for optimal care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Speech Language Pathologist license in the state(s) of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehab services in in-home settings for older adults.
