Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home and community-based speech, language, and swallowing services to adults with developmental disabilities across New Jersey. You will perform evaluations, create ISP-aligned plans, and provide caregiver training to reinforce goals.

Responsibilities include delivering one-on-one therapy, documenting progress per DDD standards, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey license as an SLP.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification required; CFs considered with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with ISP goals.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy in home and community settings.
• Document services per DDD standards within required timeframes.
• Collaborate with Support Coordinators, families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide caregiver training and home programs to reinforce goals.
