Job summary

Groundworks, LLC in Houston, TX is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive in-home inspections, cultivate a book of business from warm leads, and educate homeowners on foundation repair options.

You will estimate repairs, present proposals, close sales in-home, and maintain relationships while tracking the sales pipeline. A 1–2 year sales background helps, along with a reliable vehicle and entrepreneurial attitude.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in commission-driven sales, B2C and/or in-home sales is a plus.
• Construction or home improvement experience is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer service and satisfaction.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues and provide solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline.
• Regular and reliable attendance reporting to work on time each day.
