Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand our North America's foundation solutions leadership. You will meet homeowners in their homes, assess needs, present customized repair options, and close sales with confidence.

You’ll work a field-based schedule, travel within your territory, leverage warm leads, and join a company that pays uncapped commissions. Training and ongoing support come with a path to advancement as you grow your book of business.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Develop and maintain a book of business using warm pre-qualified leads.
• Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues and provide solution options.
• Estimate repairs and present generated job proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home and manage relationships.
