Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to manage an in-home sales territory and build a book of business through consultative, on-site visits. You will assess homeowner needs, present customized foundation and water management solutions, and close deals with customers in their homes.

The role offers uncapped commission, strong earning potential, company training, and pathways for advancement, with travel required within assigned territories and a company-provided

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Utilize warm pre-qualified leads to develop and maintain a book of business.
• Diagnose homeowner issues and present solution options.
• Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with generated proposals.
• Close sales with customers in the home.
• Maintain relationships and track sales lead pipeline.
