Job summary

Groundworks Operations, LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to conduct in-home consultations and close sales for foundation repair and water-management solutions. You will travel within your sales territory, leverage company leads, and build a customer book while earning uncapped commissions and participating in industry-leading training.

Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial attitude and drive to perform.
• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in a commission-based, B2C or in-home sales environment is a plus.
• Experience in construction or home improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the sales territory to conduct in-home inspections.
• Develop and maintain a book of business using warm pre-qualified leads.
• Explain issues to homeowners and present solution options.
• Prepare and present repair estimates and job proposals.
• Close sales in the home and maintain customer relationships.
