Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a Field Sales Consultant to generate leads and present solar products in customers' homes across California. You will build genuine relationships, qualify interest, and guide homeowners through the decision process.

The role requires travel within the local market, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and strong communication skills. Competitive commissions and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience.
• In-home sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old with valid driver's license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Develop self-generated sales strategies and schedule appointments.
• Deliver in-home presentations and qualify customer needs.
• Close sales and hand off to installation with clear follow-up.
• Maintain pipeline in CRM and report outcomes.
• Meet sales targets as directed by leadership.
• Travel within local market as needed.
