Job summary

Sunrun is hiring a Field Sales Consultant in California to self-generate leads and present solar products in customers' homes. You will drive the full sales cycle from first contact to installation and aftercare.

You will conduct in-home presentations, assess customer needs, report outcomes in CRM, and aim to meet and exceed sales targets. The role offers strong commission incentives, comprehensive benefits, and tuition reimbursement through PowerU.

Qualifications

1 year of sales or lead generation experience (in-home sales preferred).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Willingness to travel within local market as needed.
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Tech-savvy: comfortable with IPad/computer and multiple software applications; CRM experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Generate self-sourced sales leads and appointments with potential customers.
Deliver in-home sales presentations and evaluate customer knowledge and needs.
Build productive long-lasting relationships from initial contact through installation and aftercare.
Manage the pipeline from prospect to install and follow up on all leads.
