Sunrun is seeking a Field Sales Consultant to self-generate leads and present in-home solar solutions. You will build genuine connections, qualify customers, and guide them from initial contact to installation, ensuring a superior home conversion experience.

The role involves traveling within the local market, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and earning competitive commissions with bonus potential. Sunrun emphasizes development, safety, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience; in-home sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record with the ability to pass a driving background check.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to partner cross-functionally.
• Willingness to spend time traveling within local market.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Intermediate comfort with technology and using an IPAD/computer and multiple software applications (CRM is a plus).

Responsabilités

• Develop effective self-generated sales strategies, leads and appointments with potential customers.
• Provide an industry leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation and after the system is turned on.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations for potential customers and evaluate knowledge and needs, building long-lasting relationships.
• Handle the pipeline of activity from prospect to install by following up with all leads and in-home consultations.
• Accurately disposition and report outcomes via CRM.
• Meet minimum required sales targets as set by sales leadership.
