Sunrun is hiring a Field Sales Consultant in California who self-generates leads and presents in-home solar products to potential customers. The role focuses on building genuine customer connections, qualifying solar as a viable home energy solution, and driving installation-ready opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales/lead generation experience; in-home sales preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork to address customer needs
• Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Develop self-generated sales strategies, leads and appointments with potential customers
• Provide an industry-leading sales experience from initial contact through installation and post-startup
• Conduct in-home sales presentations to evaluate customer knowledge and needs
• Handle pipeline activity from prospect to install and follow up with all leads
• Accurately disposition and report outcomes via the CRM tool
• Meet minimum sales targets set by leadership
