Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a Field Sales Consultant in California to self-generate leads and deliver in-home presentations on solar products, aiming to connect genuinely with homeowners and qualify solar as a viable solution.

You’ll manage the sales cycle from initial contact to installation, travel within the local market, meet targets, and report outcomes in our CRM while enjoying a strong benefits package and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, in-home sales preferred.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective self-generated sales strategies, leads and appointments with potential customers.
• Provide an industry leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and evaluate customers’ needs, building long-lasting relationships.
• Manage the pipeline from prospect to install by following up with leads and consultations.
• Accurately report outcomes via CRM and meet sales targets set by leadership.
