Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a Field Sales Consultant to generate self-sourced leads and conduct in-home presentations of solar products. You will build lasting relationships with potential customers, qualify energy needs, and guide them from initial contact through installation.

The role involves traveling within the local market, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and a compensation package with strong commissions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in sales and/or lead generation; in-home sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Generate self-sourced leads and appointments.
• Deliver in-home solar presentations and qualify customers’ needs.
• Manage sales pipeline from prospect to install and report outcomes in CRM.
• Meet or exceed sales targets as set by leadership.
