Job summary

Sunrun Inc. is hiring a Field Sales Consultant in Massachusetts. You will generate leads, present solar options in-home, and guide customers from initial contact through installation while building lasting relationships.

The role requires 1+ year of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel locally. Competitively structured commissions and full benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience; in-home sales preferred.
• Must be 21+, valid driver's license, clean driving record; pass background check.
• Excellent communication and teamwork to address customer needs.
• Willingness to travel within local market and work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
• Comfort with technology; experience with CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop self-generated sales strategies, leads and appointments with potential customers.
• Provide an industry-leading customer sales experience from contact through installation.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and evaluate customer needs to build relationships.
• Manage the pipeline from prospect to install; follow up on leads and consultations.
• Accurately report outcomes via CRM and meet sales targets set by leadership.
