Job summary

Sunrun Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Consultant to self-generate leads, present in-home solar solutions, and build relationships with homeowners.

You will manage the full cycle from initial contact through installation and post-activation, using a CRM to track outcomes and meet sales targets. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in sales, a valid driver's license, strong communication skills, and comfort traveling within the local market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with in-home sales preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age with valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to partner cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop effective self-generated sales strategies, leads and appointments with potential customers.
• Provide an industry leading customer sales experience from initial contact through installation and after activation.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations for potential customers and evaluate knowledge and needs.
• Handle pipeline from prospect to install by following up with all leads and in-home consultations.
• Accurately disposition and report outcomes via CRM tool.
• Meet minimum required sales targets as set by sales leadership.
