Sunrun Inc. is recruiting a Field Sales Consultant in the United States to generate leads and deliver in-home presentations for solar products and services. You will connect with homeowners, qualify opportunities, and drive the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to installation.

The role requires strong communication, willingness to travel locally, and flexibility to work evenings/weekends. Competitive salary with incentives and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales or lead generation experience; in-home sales preferred.
• Must be 21+, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, pass background check.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to partner cross-functionally.
• Willingness to travel within local market and work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
• Comfort with technology, IPAD/computer; CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop self-generated sales strategies, leads and appointments with potential customers.
• Provide an industry leading sales experience from contact to installation.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and assess customer needs to build relationships.
• Manage pipeline from prospect to install and follow up on leads.
• Disposition and report outcomes via CRM tool and meet sales targets.
