Job summary

SolarSesame, Inc. in Northern California is seeking a full-time Energy Consultant to guide families through switching to clean energy and backup batteries.

You will drive to appointments, conduct in-home consultations, and recommend premium solar and battery solutions such as Tesla Powerwalls, QHome, EcoFlow, and Enphase. Leverages in-house design support and CRM for optimization. Leads are provided; travel expenses are covered.

Qualifications

• In-home consultation experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate technical solar technology for homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Run appointments – drive to company-provided appointments and conduct in-home consultations.
• Recommend premium solar + battery solutions to save customers money.
• Collaborate with design team to request proposals and perform financial analyses.
• Generate referrals by promoting solar and battery systems to neighbors.
• Log customer interactions and outcomes in CRM system.
