ADT is seeking a Smart Home Consultant to guide residential customers in designing security-centered home setups. You will combine hands-on installation with consultative sales, helping customers understand how security, IoT devices, and smart home products work together.

You’ll activate systems, educate customers on our app and features, and ensure every solution fits their unique needs. You will deliver in-home consultations, install and activate devices, and build long-term customer

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Strong customer-focused communication skills.
• Technical aptitude with smart device ecosystems and networked technologies.
• Ability to design and explain home system setups.
• Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to changes.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver in-home consultations and assessments.
• Recommend smart home and security solutions based on customer goals.
• Install and activate security hardware, cameras, IoT devices, and smart home products.
• Integrate new products with customer setups and educate users.
• Troubleshoot technical questions and provide ongoing support.
• Upsell opportunities to strengthen home protection.
