ADT is seeking a Smart Home Consultant to guide residential customers in designing secure, connected home systems. You will perform in-home consultations, install and activate security hardware and IoT devices, and educate customers on the ADT app and features.

You will tailor solutions to each home, ensuring seamless integration and ongoing support. You will also drive upsell opportunities while delivering excellent customer service, with on-the-job training and a company vehicle provided for

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed by location.
• Strong customer-focused communication skills required.
• Technical aptitude with smart devices and connected technologies.
• Ability to understand how multiple products interact within a home network.

Mansioni

• Deliver in-home consultations and assessments.
• Recommend smart home and security solutions based on customer goals.
• Install and activate security hardware, cameras, IoT devices, and smart home products.
• Integrate new products with the customer’s existing setup.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical questions.
• Complete customer onboarding and product education.
• Build long-term customer confidence through proactive support.
• Identify upsell opportunities to strengthen home protection.
