Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide individualized, in-home and community-based speech, language, communication, and swallowing services to adults with developmental disabilities in New Jersey.

The role requires NJ licensure, ASHA CCC-SLP, CPR/BLS, and ability to work with an interdisciplinary team, with flexible scheduling and a competitive hourly rate of $72–$78.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA CCC-SLP required; CFs considered with supervision
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred; CFs and new graduates considered
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Clean criminal background check and fingerprinting per NJ DDD requirements
• Reliable transportation, valid NJ driver's license, and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass DDD-required background checks including CRoff

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with ISP and person-centered goals
• Deliver one-on-one therapy in home and community settings
• Document services per DDD standards, including notes and outcomes
• Collaborate with Support Coordinators, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team
• Provide caregiver training and home programs to reinforce goals
• Adhere to DDD policies and HIPAA confidentiality standards
• Maintain accurate billing records per DDD rates and authorizations
• Complete required DDD trainings (Pre-Service, Danielle's Law, Stephen Komninos' Law, etc.)
