Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home and community-based speech, language, and swallowing services to adults with developmental disabilities across New Jersey.

The role involves comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment plans, caregiver training, and collaboration with coordinators while adhering to NJ DDD guidelines and HIPAA, with a flexible per diem/contract schedule and hourly compensation of $72–$78.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP required; CFs considered with supervision.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred; CFs and new grads considered.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Clean criminal background check and fingerprinting per NJ DDD requirements.
• Reliable transportation, NJ driver’s license, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to pass DDD background checks including CRoff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with ISP and person-centered goals.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy in participants' homes and community settings.
• Document services per DDD standards, including notes and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Support Coordinators, families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide caregiver training and home programs to reinforce goals between sessions.
• Adhere to DDD policies and HIPAA confidentiality standards.
• Maintain accurate billing records per DDD Fee-for-Service rates and authorizations.
• Complete required DDD trainings.
