Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home and community-based speech, language, and swallowing services to adults with developmental disabilities in New Jersey.

You will evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders, document progress, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and deliver caregiver training. NJ SLP license and CCC-SLP required; CFs considered with supervision.

Qualifications

• Current NJ license as an SLP with NJ A/SLP Advisory Committee.
• ASHA CCC-SLP required; CFs considered with supervision.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with ISP and goals.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy in the participant's home and community settings.
• Document services per DDD standards (session notes, progress notes, outcome measures).
• Collaborate with Support Coordinators, families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide caregiver training and home programs to reinforce goals.
• Adhere to DDD policies, Danielle's/S-K laws, and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Maintain billing records per DDD rates and authorizations.
• Complete required DDD trainings (Pre-Service, abuse prevention, Danielle's/S-K laws).
