Beyond Home Health Care is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home and community-based speech, language, communication, and swallowing services to adults with developmental disabilities in New Jersey. Services are delivered in homes and community settings under NJ DDD guidelines.

The role focuses on comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment plans, caregiver training, and collaboration with supports coordinators and families to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Active NJ SLP license.

• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred; CFs considered with supervision.

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

• Minimum 1 year clinical experience; CFs/new grads considered.

• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Clean background check and fingerprinting per NJ DDD.

• Reliable transportation and NJ driver's license with current auto insurance.

• Ability to pass DDD background checks including CRoff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop ISP-aligned treatment plans.

• Deliver in-home and community-based therapy.

• Document progress per DDD standards within required timeframes.

• Collaborate with Support Coordinators, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

• Provide caregiver training and home programs.

• Adhere to DDD policies including HIPAA confidentiality.
