Job summary

Beyond Home Health Care is recruiting a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home and community-based speech and swallowing services to adults with developmental disabilities in New Jersey. The role requires NJ licensure and CCC-SLP, with CFs considered under supervision.

Per diem/contract role offering flexible scheduling, mileage considerations between visits, and a supportive clinical leadership team to guide care delivery.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (NJ ASLP Advisory Committee).
• ASHA CCC-SLP required; CFs considered with supervision.
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with ISP and person-centered goals.
• Deliver one-on-one therapy services in the participant's home and community settings.
• Document services in compliance with DDD standards, including session notes, progress notes, and outcome measures.
• Collaborate with Support Coordinators, families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide caregiver training and home programs to reinforce therapeutic goals between sessions.
• Adhere to DDD policies, HIPAA confidentiality, and required laws.
• Maintain accurate billing records consistent with DDD rates and authorizations.
• Complete required DDD trainings (Pre-Service, Danielle's Law, etc.).
