ADT Security Services is hiring sales advisors to demonstrate the value of our security and smart home solutions to customers in their homes across the United States. You will listen, build trust, and tailor systems to fit each client’s space and lifestyle while guiding them to the right solution.

Expect a dynamic, collaborative environment with post-install follow-ups and referrals. We offer uncapped commissions, with potential earnings of $95,000–$150,000+, plus up to $4,000 training pay in

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; mileage reimbursed.
• Willingness to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to guide customers to the right solution.
• Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with ability to uncover new leads and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with customers as a reliable advisor before, during, and after the sale.
• Customize each system to fit client space and lifestyle, combining security and smart home tech.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
