Job summary

ADT is seeking self-motivated sales professionals to visit customers’ homes and demonstrate the value of our security and smart home solutions. You will tailor each system to fit the client’s space and lifestyle while building trust and advising on the right products.

We offer unlimited commissions with first-week training support; the potential to earn $95,000 for new advisors and $150,000+ for experienced advisors, with mileage reimbursement for travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals that deliver real value.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with customers as a reliable advisor during and after the sale.
• Customize each system to fit the client’s space and lifestyle with security, automation, and life safety tech.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and generate referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating new sales leads to maximize outreach.
